A Bath township firefighter works Monday night to contain a house fire on Fetter Road in Bath Township. The fire caused about $200,000 in damage. Homeowner Duane Hilyard told firefighters an explosion woke him up and he found a fire in the crawl space. Fire officials said their efforts at fighting the fire were hampered by high winds and lack of available water supply. Firefighters were on the scene for more than five hours and planned to return today with state investigators to determine a cause. No injuries were reported.
